Here are your 3 x 21 minute workouts for Week 3

 

Workout 1

1 min JOG / 1 ½ min WALK x 2 times

followed by

2 min JOG / 2 min WALK x 4 times

Note:

Before each workout, make sure you warm-up with a brisk 5 minute walk

After each workout, make sure you cool down with a slow 5 minute walk
