Workout 1

3 min JOG / 1 min WALK x 3 times

followed by

5 min JOG / 1 min WALK / 5 min JOG

Note:

Before each workout, make sure you warm-up with a brisk 5 minute walk

After each workout, make sure you cool down with a slow 5 minute walk
