Simply put, to take initiative is to do what needs to be done without having to be told.

So how bad do you want to?

  • Make a difference in the quality of your life
  • Achieve your fitness results and are willing to work hard to receive these results.
  • Act of your own accord without being told.
  • Take action and work through your trainng plan, completing all the tasks at hand,
  • Ask for permission, or simply go and do what needs to be done.
  • Remove yourself from any distractions and stick to your training goals at hand
  • Not be worried about everything that may go wrong
  • Act right now, don’t make excuses, register for your 5K run today
  • Know that just by taking some action, any action, it will produce results

Make sure you take some initiative today.
