If you can train on your way to work, during your lunch break or before the kids go to school?
The better it suits your lifestyle the easier it is for it to become a habit.
Do you have a preference for parks or trails or footpaths?
You may even have a couple of different runs that you like. You can alternate your runs on different days.
The great thing about running is that you can do it almost anywhere you like.
The choice is yours and finding a place where you enjoy running will help to keep you motivated.
