Do you doubt your ability?

Whatever your doubts and fears may be, most of them will never happen and if they do, they never end up being as bad as what we thought they would.

If fear is holding you back the best way to tackle fear is to start taking action. Take action now and commit to your 5K training plan.

Get yourself some running gear

The great thing about running is that you really don’t need a whole lot of expensive gear.

On the other hand if you can afford to go and buy some new gear it may just give you the lift you need to get going with your 5K training plan.

What is really motivating you

You may already know the answer to this one.

The question is why do you really want to run a 5K run?

Whatever the reason is it obviously means a lot to you.

So whenever you feel like you’ve had enough or that you really don’t think you can do it.

I want you to think back and remember why you decided to do this in the first place.
