Even a small amount of exercise is better than none at all. Starting with as little as 10 minutes a day is enough to get you going.
You sit at your desk, you sit in your car, and you sit on your couch. Break up the time you spend sitting down by getting up and moving around.
So every hour make sure you get up and spend 10 – 15 minutes moving around in some form of physical activity.
Writing a list of things that you can do in your workplace or home that gets your heart rate going is a great way to motivate yourself to getting out of the chair every hour.
While fitness and eating healthy do go hand in hand, that doesn’t mean you have to completely give up on the finer things in life like chocolate and wine.
As with anything else in your life, moderation is important.
So you start out making small changes one at a time and you will feel the difference when you starting eating healthy foods.
Vary your fitness routines.
For instance if you follow the same workout plan for a month, the 2nd month try a new one. Switch things up and keep it interesting. Who says fitness has to be the boring?
Spend time planning your weekly exercise and this will help you think of new and exciting ways to exercise.
The truth of the matter is, most women don’t have it in their makeup to get bulky and those who do have to work very hard at it.
As a matter of fact, losing weight is EASIER than putting on muscle. For men to gain muscle takes a lot of hard work and sticking to a healthy diet.
